^ With Pattinson and Philander in the Line up we don't even need any other bowlers man.

True but you could say with Clarke, Cook, Trott, Kallis and Mussey we don't need other batsmen.

I'd slightly be inclined to have a stronger bowling unit against Asia to be honest.

Kallis a minnow basher you say?
    FTB you say?

Well considering we made 4 for like 9001 runs just then... I don't think an extra 10/innings would matter that much. Ah this is such a good problem to have, having such an unbeatable team that you can't decide who to leave out.

I don't know whether Galle will be flatter or more bowler freindly. If flatter we should probably go with Watson, if it offers something for the bowlers we should probably play Smith.

I agree with that... we find out the conditions before we select the XI right?

Alright Fellas We got some decisions to make, Here's our Batsmen so far.

    Shane Watson 35 (84b 5X4)
    Alastair Cook 53 (78b 11X4)
    Jacques Kallis 61 (60b 14X4)
    Jonathan Trott 84 (86b 18X4 1X6)
    Micheal Clarke 16 (18b 4X4)
    AB de Villiers 8 (7b 2X4)

We need to replace these guys(In Bold) for the next game since It's gonna be a similar pitch conditions in Abu Dhabi.

Harsh to replace them after just a couple of innings. (Clarke and ABDV hardly faced @ Lord's). I think we should just stick with what are our statistical best-bets. At least for the moment, it's not like we're doing badly is it?

It's an extremely flat pitch remember, Pattinson and Steyn are the only bowlers who DID get wickets. Does that mean we should drop everyone else? And it is a very small sample size. Over time (6 matches) the stats will show (hopefully).

Same team I say... just don't declare if the pitch is still good for batting on day 5.

Why though? He averages like 31. Who would you swap him for?
