    Although I think vaccinations for diseases such as Polio, etc. are important, I felt that the whole swine flu vaccination thing was a way of making money

    Flu vaccines are different, since you're supposed to get one every year and it only has a 50% prevention rate anyway. Vaccines for stuff like mumps etc. confer lifelong immunity at a near 100% success rate.
