^ You got some issues man... try talking it over with a shrink or something. You'll probably get over it. As for SRT, hope he finds that high one last time, so he can leave on a hurrah. But sometimes, it is not destined to be... so 99 is not a bad number to get stuck on. It'd become stuff of legend if he leaves the game on 99 hundreds, to be honest. That kind of thing sells. So its a win-win for SRT.

Sachin Tendulkar *Appreciation* Thread - The Best Batsman in the History of Cricket
A guy called Donald says high. Couple of English openers from around the first world war also give a wave and this talented lad from South Africa raises his hand gingerly.
Playing left arm spin better than the national side, since the age of 12

This thread is an great example of my thread, how Indian fanboys are so delirious about Sachin. You guys need to get checked up.

Actually the anti-Sachin syndrome has picked up to an extent now that, I think exceeds the fan club. So in all likelihood, they might be the ones who need to get their heads examined.

We anti-Sachinism are far better than these delirious ****ers. Again, this thread is perfect example of that. Go figure.

This one for me was an all-time classic at the MCG, 1999. Quality attack Aus had back then... the rest of our pack unfortunately fell like a house of cards.

Certainly not his best.. but the drives were crisp both of pitched up balls and length balls, against and with the turn off Shane Warne, who was at his peak then. He looked unbeatable in both innings. As for the second innings, LBW at 52 to McGrath, the less said about that decision, the better. And, don't even bother looking at his overall contribution of runs to the side in this Test. It was like 40%... excuse the poor quality of the video. This was the only one I could find.

^ Oh yea.. you're right (I was thinking about the second innings 50+ in another innings of the same series). And no, the Warne ball was so not plumb. Pitched outside leg. Enough doubt to give it not out. Check it out.

    Sure, if you say so.

    ------------------

For me the shoulder before in that series was plumb.. but there were 2 others (one to McGrath, high and going down leg and the other Warne pitched outside leg) that were so not out.

Oops.. my bad. That was plumb. I was thinking of another ball from Warne, same series.

Umpire gave a wrong decision there, it was way too high.

Yeah.. that was one of them. Thanks for putting it up. But, damn, I could've sworn there was an lbw to Warne where the ball drifts in the air pitches outside leg and turns. Maybe I am thinking of another series... my memory is fading. *sigh*
